The experience behind the products.

I’m a Director at Escalent, where my work spans client relationships, teams and business growth.

Research and consulting have shaped the way I approach products: understand the problem, question the evidence and work out what a useful answer would change.

Outside work, I’m building Niki Studio and Kalpora. They let me explore how people and AI agents can work together on something they can see, edit and improve.

At Niki, that means agents for designs, slides and forms. At Kalpora, it means building agents for UGC ads, TV series and longer video content.

What should an agent handle on its own? Where does human judgment matter most? And how does work change when people spend more time directing and reviewing agents?

I explore those questions through the products I build and the decisions I write about, including the approaches I’ve tried, their limits and what I changed.
